Hey Team!  
I will add some circuit training suggestions for you to consider. Nothing will require you to leave the house!  You can schedule most of these around a 1/2 hr tv show!


Other suggestions will be to change up an already in-place walking routine.


Still other suggestions will be something more advanced for those of you who have some training already in place, but looking for something different.


Keep in mind that nothing replaces the benefit of being at practice and working with your team.
Think of it in the same way that a dancer could be the best soloist on the planet, can kick and spin and twist better than anyone!  Has rhythm that is un"beat"able, yet she would fail miserably in a kick-line with the Rockettes- why? because she never did practice with them and learn the rhythm and timing that it takes to be such a well-oiled "machine".
Thats what we want to aspire to: the precision, grace and beauty of the Rockettes on Water!
